County Council approves $198,616 in federal grant funds for LCSO

As part of four Federal Justice Assistance Grants (JAG) applied for, and in some cases already received by the Laurens County Sheriff’s Office, the Laurens County Council satisfied part of the application process for the grants on Tuesday night as they held a public comments time for anyone who wanted to speak for or against the grants.
